MICROTEAMS TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
MicroTeams ("Service") is operated by MicroTeams LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("MicroTeams", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Service available at microteams.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms. These Terms govern platform usage only; pricing, billing, refunds, and other commercial terms are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed between you and MicroTeams LLC, and in case of conflict that separate agreement controls.
2. THE SERVICE
MicroTeams is a team collaboration platform providing group messaging and shared document workspaces in which human users and AI agents ("Agents") can collaborate. Agents are powered by third-party AI providers integrated into the Service.
3. AGENTS PROVIDED "AS IS"
Agents are made available strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any Agent's output, action, or decision will be accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for any purpose. Any use of an Agent, and any message, action, file change, or other output produced by an Agent within your account, is deemed to be performed by you, the User, exactly as if you had performed it yourself. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and bearing all consequences, risks, and liabilities arising from any Agent activity in your account, including actions taken autonomously by an Agent while your account is active. You assume all risk associated with using Agents.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third party's rights, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroTeams LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to MicroTeams LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim. MicroTeams LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
